VLC on MINIX NEO G4

VLC running like a smooth cat on a Minix NEO G4
Specs:


Still what i miss is at least a feature to bookmark or create a custom playlist. I looked into the GIT Repo of VLC Android but it says it didn't change since 14 month,
is the development for Android stalled?

No, VLC for Android development is quit active and ongoing, were you looking at the wrong repository? Also, the bookmarking feature is planned and upcoming.
