AUDIO PROBLEMS with Example

Reinstalled windows , Installed ALL possible updates , motherboard , video card , audio card , everything what i need, and i have this problem

i never had this before. what's the problem ? what i should do?

Hi,
According to this old thread about another problem (and to my experiments of today about that other problem), this may occur if you have "WaveOut Win32" selected as audio output instead of "predefined".

Doesn't Work ... same think bro

tryed to remove %appdata% vlc folder , changed to waveout win32 ,nothing! same think , lags every 9 seconds

checked errror messages - there is 0
