PROBLEM WITH DISPLAY 2 please help

I use vlc player 2.0.1 and I have a problem.I set player mode to display 2 in full screen.When start file ,player not opened in display 2 full screen.That the problem.Why?
If I set player mode to displey 2 no in full screen,player will be open in displey 2 in a smaller size , then mark full screen end everything is fine.I need the player to immediately opened file in display 2 full screen.I have win xp ser.pack2.

Please help,
