basic function to be assigned to the num keypad

Hi,

I have noted that the num keypad on the right of the keyboard is not currently assigned.
I would like following basic functions are assigned to these one key buttons:


9 ctrl-right ( 1 min jump )
7 ctrl-left
3 alt-right ( 10 sec jump )
1 alt-left

8 open
5 stop
2 play / pause

2 buttons are still left for other purposes, any suggestions?

I can re-assign my frequently used keys on the keyboard nearby.
