autosearch the internet for unknown video/sound codecs

VLC should autosearch the internet for unknown video/sound codecs.

I know that Media Player Classic has such a function

VLC doesn't use the "normal" codec packs used in many windows apps. These are all build in VLC. This internet search method would thus not help much :(
