im sorry to ask this question but i dont understand where and how add a flag to VLC , nd i don't find any related post (i know didnt see them all)
we are streaming a tv channel by udp to free who broadcast it on multicast.
their technical services ask us to add this flag :
--sout-ffmpeg-qmin=4
before i change the image size they give us another flag
--sout-ffmpeg-strict-rc
please explain us or tell me where shall i find this answer
