VLC is unable to open the MRL? Please Help!

I have been having troble watching Videos from the internet and VLC tells me "Your input can't be opened:
VLC is unable to open the MRL 'http://www8.uploadorb.com:443/q/bvu5xnx ... id-fqm.avi'. Check the log for details."

I have the Newest VLC player, I have disabled all Firewalls, I have tried several solutions from searching google (not sure if I was the problem or the solution was) and still nothing. Please help!
