display codec details in OSD

Postby pavithra_mdn » 19 Apr 2012 08:13

Hi,

Is there a way to display codec details of a video as OSD. This should be applicable in case of a live stream as well as a recorded video.

Thanks,
Pavithra

Thanks for the quick response. Is it not possible to modify the source tree for VLC to add this feature. I want to avold pressing Ctrl+I when I play a recorded video or a live stream in VLC

Everything is possible if you modify the source code.
