ok so i updated no luck, but it turned out to be linksys pci nic card, there where no vista drivers for it but said ok to use the xp driver latest and so i did and didnt have any network or internet related issues, well i guess just this so iam back using my on board nic, which btw i disabled for another reason but it was ruled out.. long story lol
