storyboard feature request

can u add a storyboard feature in the next version of vlc media player, like that in km player latest beta version, so that we dont have to use km player for that. and vlc player becomes more powerful.
also try to increase the repair percentage of corrupt .avi files .

the feature that captures thumbnails of various videos ( like there is in media player classic named save thumbnails or in km player by the name of make storyboard).

You mean like what ImageGrabber II and media player classic does - Thumbnailing. This feature on Windows usually requires DirectX to be installed.

I would like this feature too as I requested it beforeMYSELF TOOHERE because VLC can take a single snapshot without any DirectX or third party app required this feature should not be too hard to implement for the upcomming version.

can this fetuare be reconsidered

i'm new here, and am searching for thi feature too in VLC !

since 2007, i can't believe VLC cannot do it yet !

KMplayer does it, mediaplayer does it too ! so , why not VLC ?
