Problem with cyrillic filenames.

This is a special forum aimed at testing and reporting regressions that happens on VLC 1.1.0.

This IS just about REGRESSIONS AND TESTING, no feature requests or bug reporting for OLD issues.

MacOSX 10.6.3. VLC-1.1 rc.
Instead the correct file name characters "?"
On 1.0.5 work fine.
