How to stream multiple cameras thru wifi

Hi!
I'm new on that forum and i need help.

I've got 3 laptops and 3 cameras.
Every camera will be attached to laptop thru firewire.
So i will have 3 stations, every one of them will be distanced from eachother for about 300-500 meters.
Theres no way to make a cable network so i must use wifi.
I want to live stream every one of them synchronized with others(video+audio) thru wifi to one server and on that server mix the video with some other program.
How can i do this??? and can i do this with vlc...vlm...or similiar...Please help me, and i'm sorry for my bad english.
I'm working on windows xp.
