VLC always open same video for different broken avi files...

Hi,

I am having one of the most weird problems. This problem is when I play video which is incompleted, the vlc player says avi is broken and ask for fix or don't fix. It doesn't make any difference whether I choose fix or not, the incompleted video file is played as Mirrors.avi which was one of the broken avi files at first. Now, I think that something this mirrors.avi with fixed avi is stored as buffer or temporary in windows xp system folders. Can you help me to find out the exact directory of fixed broken avi files?
