MRL Problem on Win 8 [Youtube DASH]

Hello everyone i have tried to run a youtube video On Vlc stream but it reports to me the following error "unable to open the MRL http://...... Check the log for details". Googling i found something about a firewall problem with AVG but after i set "allow all" in the firewall settings the situation remain the same. Any solution? Thank you

OS: Win 8 with AVG Internet security 2013
