Can't register on Trac using OpenID

Hello, I have tried OpenID to register on https://trac.videolan.org/vlc/ using Google account but I can't report issue using https://trac.videolan.org/vlc/newticket I get

Error: Forbidden

TICKET_CREATE privileges are required to perform this operation. You don't have the required permissions.

Account seems to be activated but whole process seems to be quite buggy - during process I've recieved "Internal server error from Trac". Seems like I am at dead end right now, don't know what to do.
